Mitch was born in Washington DC and grew up in Rockville MD. He attended Northwestern University and received a B.S. in Theatre and a special certificate in Creative Non-Fiction (you read that correctly, a Bachelor of Science… in Theatre). He has studied at UCB and John Rosenfeld Studios in Los Angeles, and more recently completed Meisner training at the William Esper Studio in New York City.

In late 2019, Mitch acted in the world premiere play, “Self-Injurious Behavior,” in Los Angeles. He then came back to NY to play the lead role of Andy in a 2020 production of Lanford Wilson’s “Sympathetic Magic.” While workshopping the play off-broadway, the pandemic began. Current plans are to resume performances in December 2021.
